SUCCESSFUL SPEAKERS CLUB
An invitation to a new Business orientated Successful Speakers Club starting on Friday 27th May at 4pm in Manolo´s Restaurant, Doña Pepa, Quesada, CV 905 by Lidl and Consum.
Part of the global network of Toastmasters International we are opening a new Club in English and in Spanish to help improve communication skills. In business better communication equals more money, so I am sure it is something that we would all welcome.
There is no pressure to speak at the meetings (unless you want to), and visiting is always FREE.

Well, what can I say, yet another Chinese bazaar has opened and its even BIGGER than even, 40000m2 apparently. I dont know about everyone else but I really dont think that the area needed yet another. They all sell the same stuff, most of which is rubbish!! A blot on the landscape this one definitely is....
VOTING
I would be very interested to know how many people in the area have voted today. I think that it is a shame that the none Spanish seem to have been missed out with the election and would like to know if many voted. I for one would like to get involved for next time, this is home for a lot of us now.

This property is on Elche Rd in La Marina. It's approximately 15 mins walk to consum supermarket and grey area where there are a good selection of restaurants/entertainment, bars, shops etc.

We would like you to recommend good places where they serve a good value for money Sunday Lunch, marks out of 10 please!
I for one have no idea how to register to vote or if indeed I have to....I am registered on the empadronamiento and have residencia. Does this give me the right to vote? I am hoping to arrange a meeting with the residents office in Benijofar and this will be one of the questions I will be asking, for the future. I will then post the information here.
